Developer Submits Flash Player App For iPhone: And Now We Wait

Every iPhone owner waits for a day when flash will finally come to iPhone and we will cherish the flash contents on websites. Although Apple seems to be not taking this thing seriously as there was no announcement made in the iPhone 3.0 OS as well.

So now people are taking matter in their hands, as developer Jonah Grant from loopblog submitted his flash player app for approval in app store.

The app installs Adobe Flash mobile for use in Safari and all UIWebViews (when a web page opens up in an app) It does this by targeting files in the webView and tweaking a .plist and installing my custom made plugin.

So as we can see that the app does all we want from so long. Lets keep our fingers crossed that this app gets through :-) . We will update you on developments around this.
