Instapaper is a app for your offiline web reading. So if you come across some cool news/article link and want to save it for later reading Instapaper is the right app for you.

It bookmarks and saves the whole webpage for your offline reading when you are in a 3G/Wifi/Edge network. So, the when you get time to read the article there won’t be need to actually go to the article URL.

There are 2 views for offline reading namely web view and text view

WebView

Webview particularly gives you the whole webpage as it was on its original website, so it looks like you are reading the article from website itself.

Some features of the webview :

* Flash content is removed

* Javascript is removed – which inturn removes the ads.

* Blog comments are removed

* Images are compressed, saving up to 80% of the space

TextView

This view gives a text optimized version of the page, so no fancy graphics just the content in text mode. The Text view uses ideal fonts and text formatting for providing maximum readability. It also removes the need to zoom or horizontally pan.
