Apple made it like that only, there are lots of apps which are not accessible in Indian iTunes Store even google app. So, may the same case is with Text Later, Apple seem to have some magic formula based on which it decides which app should be available in which country.
This is a good app but you cannot receive responses from your scheduled text recipients. So if they were to text you back ( and it looks like you can) it wont ever reach you because it uses a 3rd party text location instead of your number.

I downloaded it and tried it schedule sms but sms doesn’t go. Is this application can’t be used in Nepal. Is this application only for AT&T? Are there any other softwares like this that I can use in nepal also?

Probably its not available for users outside US or something. That is the case with lots of apps.

This explains getting apps which are not available in your country.
The app only work in US and Canada (read informations provided by the seller) and only for carriers that support sending sms via email. So don’t buy thos app if you are outside US or Canada, because it simply can’t work. It’s a stupid way of thinking and making apps like this in this way… Why can’t it send real, paid sms directly from the iphone… ? Don’t know… Hope this helped!

i bought this app, but I can’t sent any sms. I’m in denmark btw.
It’s kinda stupid that it lets me spend money on it, when it doesen’t work for me.
In the description it says “Send your messages ANYWHERE in the world”, last time I checked, Denmark was part of the world.
I downloaded SMS Later and that works just fine… I also read that sms later v2 due for release in aug2011 will allow sms to be sent even with iphone is turned off!
I bought this app and it just reminds me that it is time to send my text. I want it to send the text for me because I need to send a text at a certain time but will be tied up and can not access my phone at that time. So I bought and paid for this for nothing.
