This news just takes the cake, apparently Aoyama Gakuin University in Japan will be handing out GPS enabled iPhone 3G’s to the faculty and around 550 students. iPhone will be used to track whether students are there in school or not using GPS
. The charges will be paid by school authorities only.
The school also has plans to expand their use to setting simple tests and questionnaires, submitting homework and reviewing class video materials.
